KGFC and PT staff are well trained in many different disciplines, but all have one thing in common, exceptional patient care with an emphasis on comfort and results.

Dr. Shawn Pallotti, DC

Dr. Pallotti is a former U. S. Marine who provided assistance to the President and the White House and received the Presidential Service Badge.  He graduated from Sherman Chiropractic College in 2000.  After graduating, Dr. Pallotti went on to build the well-known Total Health Retreat. This retreat is known for excellence in education, support and application of natural health.  He has held positions at the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy in Spartanburg, South Carolina teaching anatomy and physiology at the Total Health Center in Shelby, N.C., which was the model for five retreats across the country.

Dr. Pallotti  has completed extensive post graduate studies at the world famous Activator Methods seminars in Georgia and Virginia.  He is also certified in the most advanced chiropractic technology available known as Pro Adjuster.  Additionally, he is certified in 
Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston, Thompson  Drop, physiotherapy,  and Neuromuscular Therapy(trigger point therapy).   As a family chiropractor, Dr. Pallotti has done extensive research, consulting, and instruction on the effects of diet and lifestyle factors on disease and athletic performance.

Dr. Pallotti was featured in the television series, Healing for Life and in the book, The Hallelujah Diet. He has also been a keynote speaker across the country and has published more than a hundred articles throughout his career.


Bonnie Davis, MS Ed.

Bonnie grew up near Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.  She earned Master's degree in Education at Clairon University in Pennsylvania.  Before joining King George Family Chiropractic and Physical Therapy, Bonnie worked in the mental health community for many years.  Bonnie currently is the office manager of KGFC & PT.


Theresa Knepshield
Theresa is originally from Shoreham, New York and graduated from Wading River High School in 1993.  She was an upper level gymnast and traveled nationally.  She started coaching gymnastics at the age of 13 and continued until the birth of her third son.

Theresa studied Physical Education at Radford University.  She was on the Radford Gymnastics team for a year but a back injury forced her to retire from the sport.  However, Theresa did not leave the world of gymnastics.  She worked at Stafford Parks and Recreation as an upper level Coach.  She taught beginner classes, trained other coaches and assisted in scheduling and rotations of gymnasts.  Theresa also owned and operated a Gymnastics Gym for six years where she trained girls from ages three to adult for beginner through upper level competition.

Theresa’s passion is in the sport of Competitive Figure Competition.  Theresa has been a Competitive Figure Competitor.  She has won several trophies.   She religiously continues to train four to six times a week.

Theresa currently works at King George Family Chiropractic and Physical Therapy as a Personal Trainer.
